Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kasus Hemiparesis Sinistra E.C Stroke Non Hemorrhagic Dengan Intervensi TENS, Joint Mobilization, Dan Terapi Latihan: Studi Kasus

Stroke non hemoragik merupakan salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas pada lansia. Manifestasi klinis yang sering muncul adalah hemiparesis, yaitu kelemahan pada salah satu sisi tubuh yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri, keterbatasan lingkup gerak sendi, kelemahan otot, gangguan keseimbangan, gangguan koordinasi, perubahan pola berjalan, dan penurunan aktivitas fungsional. Studi kasus ini bertujuan menggambarkan penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada pasien perempuan berusia 73 tahun dengan hemiparesis sinistra e.c stroke non hemoragik di Telkomedika Bandung. Intervensi diberikan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan berupa Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), joint mobilization, resistance exercise, core stability exercise, dan motor relearning program. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Numerical Rating Scale, goniometer, Manual Muscle Testing, Timed Up and Go Test, Non-Equilibrium Coordination Test, Gait Phases Analysis, dan Indeks Barthel. Hasil menunjukkan nyeri diam menurun dari 5 menjadi 0, nyeri gerak dari 8 menjadi 3, dan nyeri tekan dari 8 menjadi 3. Fleksi shoulder meningkat dari 45° menjadi 155° dan abduksi dari 25° menjadi 80°. Waktu TUGT membaik dari 40 detik menjadi 16 detik, koordinasi dan beberapa fase berjalan membaik, serta skor Indeks Barthel meningkat dari 70 menjadi 95. Kombinasi TENS, joint mobilization, dan terapi latihan dapat membantu memperbaiki problematika fisioterapi pada pasien hemiparesis pascastroke.
