Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kasus Lumbal Radicular Pain Dengan Intervensi Microwave Diathermy Dan Pilates : Studi Kasus

Lumbal Radicular Pain (LRP) merupakan nyeri neuropatik akibat iritasi atau kompresi akar saraf spinal yang dapat menimbulkan nyeri menjalar, keterbatasan gerak lumbal, kelemahan otot inti, dan penurunan aktivitas fungsional. Studi kasus ini bertujuan menggambarkan penatalaksanaan fisioterapi pada pasien perempuan berusia 44 tahun dengan LRP di RSUD Al-Ihsan. Intervensi diberikan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan berupa Microwave Diathermy (MWD) dan Pilates Mat Exercise yang mencakup pelvic curl, front support, dan basic back extension. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Modified Schober Test, Plank Test, dan Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Hasil menunjukkan nyeri diam menurun dari 2 menjadi 0, nyeri tekan dari 6 menjadi 3, dan nyeri gerak dari 6 menjadi 4. Fleksi lumbal meningkat dari 4 cm menjadi 5,5 cm dan ekstensi lumbal dari 1,5 cm menjadi 2,3 cm. Durasi Plank Test meningkat dari 21 detik menjadi 65 detik. Skor ODI menurun dari 36% menjadi 20%. Kombinasi MWD dan Pilates Mat Exercise dapat membantu menurunkan nyeri, meningkatkan mobilitas lumbal, memperbaiki daya tahan otot inti, dan meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pada pasien LRP.
